Although any dangerous portions of the run will have Save Stations closer to them, routes of this category run directly through this room either 2 or 3 times: before going up Red Tower to fight Phantoon, optionally on the way down to Lower Norfair to fight Ridley, and on the way back to the surface to fight Mother Brain.
