Club Nintendo was a magazine released in South America, similar to Nintendo Power.

Instead of releasing an Any% Guide for Super Metroid the way Nintendo Power did, they released a 100% guide. It's messy and hard to follow. Scans of the guide are available on archive.org. A PDF is linked here.
