To get to the missile location, you can:

• Use Grappling Beam on the ceiling tiles
• Use a combination of Speed Booster and Hi-Jump Boots from the lower platforms, and walljump on the side of the ledge
• Use a very tight short charge (stutter-3 required?) from the right-side platform
• Use a vertical infinite bomb jump from the lower platforms
