This room is known as Kassiuz Room or Plasma Climb.

If you moonfall through this room starting in the Plasma Tutorial Room, and land in the pit before jumping up, that will fix the door transition. Any method attempting to fix that door by jumping through it will almost always lose time compared with simply running through.

Climbing

If you enter the room on the ground, you can hold Left and Jump to buffer a spinjump. If you land on the first two Choot platforms, you can kill them farm them and get them out of the way of your jumps.

If you efficiently walljump up the left side, that can allow you to avoid all of the enemies and reach the top quickly.

Hotarubi also included a damage boost at the top off of the top Choot into the door. This also allows you to use your iframes to get through the enemies in the next room.
