Map of all doors which one can enter during bomb-Grapple-hanging:

From the side of the green bars, one can enter a corresponding door from there during the bomb-Grapple-hanging state of Samus.
The only rooms in which it turns out that this is doable are the pre-Colosseum room, the Colosseum room, and Draygon's room.
