Max%-No-Powerbombs analysis (inbounds, without SpaceTime-beam): (last update: 05.10.2017; Moonfall opens up 2 Etecoon area items, and Freeze-Walk in Blue Brinstar allows for the 2 top Missiles)

For humans, 74% should be the feasible maximum in PAL (with the right Charge-room-E.-Tank remaining), and 72% in NTSC (because of the Etecoon-floor clip).
