As seen in the Plasma Spark video, ideally you will jump to the left of the Skultera, but the timing on this is tight, even if you're not going for the spark.

If you instead run through the first Owtch with the Blue Suit, you can collect its drop, then climb up and jump to the right of the Skultera when it's at its leftmost point of travel next to the ledge.

After getting Plasma, you can go up and kill the Choots on your way to the tunnel door. If you get knocked down, you're better off continuing down and left around to the door instead of continuing up.

As a beginner if you find yourself consistently being hit by the first Choot, you could stand underneath it and fire a shot up before jumping, performing a Hero Shot to freeze it before jumping up.
