Introduction

Dashless Any% involves completing the game while avoiding Dashing, defined as the dash counter increasing or, to put it simply, pressing the dash button while walking, apart from suitless underwater where it has no effect. Pressing the dash button is generally still allowed, for example while standing still during X-Ray usage.
