The bottom of each pillar coming out of the ground is a bomb block, but so far no practical use for this fact has been found. Since the lava sets the dash value to 0 when Speed Booster is enabled, you'll lose the blue state instantly if you attempt to use a Speedball.

Alternate room name suggestion: River Styx (the river with the boatman Charon that leads to hell in Greek mythology; except here it is 2 green Trippers instead).
