Early Game
Run off the elevator to the left, and jump just before you run off the ledge, on to the top platform. Then if you do a small enough jump before you run off the ledge, this will allow you jump down to the stone head without hitting the floor. Then you can jump so that you either walljump off of the Morph Ball's pillar, or barely land on it.
Then you can fire an angle down shot and morph, or get to the ground, crouch, fire a shot, and morph.
Run to the right side of the room, open the door, and run through. If you plan on taking the top route in Construction Zone, you will want to jump just before the door transition.
