When escaping this room, ledge grabbing up the next room is ideal, but newer runners could get up quickly using a shinespark.
Randomizer
You can charge a shinespark on the top level before activating it on the lower level. This will allow you to get this energy tank without Gravity Suit.
Note that this video charges without a short charge -- there is more than enough space for a simple one-tap or two-tap here, which will give more room to press down correctly before falling off the edge.
In addition to Randomizers, this can be useful for two-Norfair-visit routes of RBO.
