Grouping Strat (Beginner)
Jump through the door transition in such a way that you contact the top platform before falling left to the floor. Ideally you should mockball, but even just landing then running off will work.
If you overshoot the platform, the top metroid will not follow you down, since it will be fully offscreen.
After landing, move right for about half the length of the floor, then move left and freeze the Metroids before they grab you.
