Randomizer
It's common for players new to the randomizer to softlock by entering this room without some way of killing the Zeela on the far left of the room. To do so you need to have Morph Ball, and either Bombs or Power Bombs. In the Item Randomizer though, there's no reason to enter this room in the first place.
Any% Glitched
In the current fastest route for this category, this room is entered, and the enemies killed, so that the grey door can be opened. Opening a grey door sets the memory flag that awakens Zebes, otherwise Parlor will not have Geemers, removing the ability to use them to damage boost as part of the Door Stuck setup.
