The fastest strat, "Sexmaster", starts a short charge coming from the previous room into this one, then lays a Power Bomb before grabbing the Energy Tank. Then it goes through the morph tunnel, and sparks through the rest of the room.
A viewer in Zoast's chat originally named the strat; for the purposes of commentary at CRDQ Zoast came up with the alternate name "Scoodillipoo Master".
If you don't break the blocks with the Speed Booster, it's still possible to get the spark with a very difficult backup strat.
Otherwise, a series of power bombs and damage boosts is the next-fastest way to get through the room.
