Grouping Strat (Beginner)
Jump through the door transition in such a way that you contact the top floating platform before falling left to the floor. Ideally you should mockball, but even just landing then running off will work.
After landing, move right for about half the length of the floor, then move left and freeze the Metroids before they grab you.
If you overshoot the platform, the top metroid might not follow you down, since it will be fully offscreen.
Grouping Strat (Intermediate)
You can morph on the middle of the top platform to bring the top Metroid over to the left, then roll right off the platform, then unmorph and freeze both Metroids.
Grouping Strat (Optimal)
If you downback through the gap on the right side, you can avoid getting grabbed on the way down, then freeze the metroids, kill them, and damage boost through the door. Video demonstration
