While travelling to the right sandpit, you can use temporary blue suit to get through the speed blocks more quickly than going around.
However, there is a risk of softlocking if you get through the first set of respawning blocks without getting through the lower non-respawning blocks.
RBO
To get to the top of the room without Gravity Suit the most common method is to Grapple Jump up.
You can also use a snail to get up: this fast method will push Samus upward without the camera following at the same speed.
Randomizer
To get the items without Speed Booster, you can use the snails to clip up into that area.
