Damage Boost
In any category that collects Speed Booster, you can save time by doing a relatively easy damage boost to the door on the way out. Shoot out the lower shot block, the Skrees will dive to the ground, and you can boost off of their particles.
Optimally, you can downback through the hole, and d-boost off of the Skrees themselves.
