Door Fix
If you have enough run speed as you jump through the door to Speed Booster Hall, you can hold Down and an Angle button in order to avoid bonking on the ceiling overhang.
Damage Boost
In any category that collects Speed Booster, you can save time by doing a relatively easy damage boost to the door on the way out. Shoot out the lower shot block, the Skrees will dive to the ground, and you can boost off of their particles.
Optimally, you can downback through the hole, and d-boost off of the Skrees themselves.
